Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Schaumburg, IL, for an Administrative Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing schedules, maintaining calendars, preparing expense reports, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. The Administrative Assistant will provide executive support to the CEO, coordinate meetings and appointments, and assist with various office management responsibilities to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Executive and Administrative Assistance skills, including experience with managing high-level administrative tasks and supporting executive leaders.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and experience with office management tools or systems.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.
- Proficient in Calendaring, including scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and email platforms, is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
