What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter position at Fore Property Company?
Fore Property Company, a privately held and growing national development and property management company is seeking a Porter for our Lease up community in Oxnard, CA.
As a Porter you will be responsible for ensuring the property remains clean, safe and welcoming. Perform routine cleaning of amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. Manage trash removal and general upkeep of outdoor areas and grounds to promote curb appeal. Assist maintenance with painting of apartments and cleaning of make ready units.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year previous porter experience on a multifamily property required.
- Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to perform routine cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills and a proactive attitude toward property upkeep.
