About the Role:
Lil' Kickers of Marlborough is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Concessions/Birthday Staff member to join our fun-loving team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a lively, kid-friendly environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Operate the concessions stand, including preparing and serving food and beverages to guests
• Set up, host, and break down birthday party events to ensure a seamless and memorable experience
• Greet and assist families and guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of concessions and party areas
• Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event flow during busy party schedules
• Restock concession supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Set up and breakdown sports equipment for customers.
• Perform various maintenance and cleaning tasks around the building.

Requirements:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for working with children and families
• Previous experience in food service, concessions, or event hosting is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Availability on weekends and holidays when birthday events are most frequent
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
