Fore Dental Care is seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Hygiene Coordinator to join our team full-time. If you have dental experience and enjoy helping patients stay on track with their oral health, this could be the perfect role for you!
Position Details:
- Pay: $26?$30/hour
- Schedule: Monday?Friday, 7:45 AM ? 5:00 PM
- Full-time with benefits: medical and vision insurance, 401(k) with immediate vesting, long-term and short-term disability
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of dental experience
- Familiarity with Dentrix software
- Experience answering multi-line phones and providing excellent customer service
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Schedule hygiene patients and manage continuing care programs
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Collect payments and send claims
- Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate appointments
- Support the dental team with patient communication and office workflow
