The Laborer performs many tasks associated with the entire process of assembling rebar for large-scale construction projects. Little to no experience is required for this position. If you’re ready to get your hands dirty and willing to learn, understand and follow all safety requirements necessary for the job
Responsibilities Include:
- Perform general construction labor
- Assist with job site cleanup
- Operate power tools
- Comply with safety standards and training requirements
- Perform other physical tasks requiring minimal experience
Qualifications:
- Must be able to frequently lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Will be exposed to adverse weather conditions, such as extreme heat and cold, along with noise and dust depending on project site
- Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders and scaffolds
- May require prolonged positioning, such as bending, twisting, reaching overhead, lifting, etc.
