The Vibe Setter is the face of our restaurant, and we take pride in representing ourselves through exceptional service. Servers work in the dining room, taking orders and delivering them to our guests, maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service. You will ensure that every guest leaves as a friend by being your authentic self.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints.
• Promote our products to guests by communicating extensive product knowledge on food, beverage, and promotional menus.
• Ensure the dining room is set up perfectly for our guests, including table and dining room cleanup, sidework, closing duties, and maintaining safety and sanitation.
• Be aware of and abide by all liquor service laws, including not overserving guests or serving underage Guests.
• Complete and pass all training courses required and continue education through additional training modules.
