Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Create and update menu items based on seasonal ingredients
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
- BILINGUAL HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Passion for delivering delicious meals and exceptional customer service
