Job Description
Allstar Ford is seeking a motivated Fleet Manager / Fleet Sales Representative to grow and manage our commercial and fleet vehicle business. This position focuses on building relationships with business, municipal, and government customers while delivering Ford commercial vehicle solutions. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable managing accounts from prospecting through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow fleet and commercial vehicle sales
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business and fleet customers
- Prospect new fleet opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
- Present Ford commercial vehicles, fleet programs, incentives, and upfit options
- Prepare quotes, bids, and proposals
- Coordinate with sales management, finance, service, and upfit partners
- Track activity and customer information using CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual fleet sales goals
Qualifications
Required:
- Automotive sales or B2B sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license
Preferred:
- Ford sales and/or management experience preferred but not required
- Fleet or commercial vehicle sales experience
- Experience working with business or government accounts
