Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging cold calling techniques to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners, retail clients, and corporate accounts through effective communication and personalized service.
  • Conduct high-end sales presentations and negotiations to close deals, upsell products or services, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and exceptional phone etiquette.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update client records, monitor deal progress, and support sales management efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new business opportunities.
  • Assist in inventory management, inventory control, and retail math calculations to ensure accurate product availability for clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with CRM software platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in upselling, customer service excellence, and outbound sales strategies.
  • Knowledge of automobile sales, inventory management, retail math, and inventory control processes is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in public speaking or retail sales environments that require persuasive presentation skills.
