Responsibilities
- Process and manage vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain organized records of all title paperwork and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Assist the sales and service departments with administrative support, including data entry and filing.
- Communicate with DMV, lenders, and customers to resolve title and registration issues.
- Support general office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and customer service as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in automotive office procedures is a plus.
- Previous experience in title clerking, automotive office assistance, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and dealership management software.
