Ford of Franklin is looking for Automotive Sales Professionals to join our growing Ford Internet Department. Having previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Finding vehicles that meet the needs of our clients.
- Demonstrating vehicles features and benefits.

- Outgoing and friendly, we have a fun time while working
- Great customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, in-person and over the phone
- Able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs
- Persistent, competitive and good work ethic.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
