Ford of Claremont is seeking a Service Advisors.
SKILLS and DUTIES
- Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance
- Confers with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work order for needed repairs
- Prepares a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
- Explains the work performed and the repair order changes to the customer
- Schedules service appointments
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner when arriving for appointment
- Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization is noted. Closes repair order as appropriate
- Maintains high customer satisfaction standards
- Handles telephone, email or text inquiries regarding appointments and work in process
- Maintains a professional appearance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing a high volume of telephone calls
- Basic computer software skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail & highly organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects
- Valid Driver’s License
- 2 to 4 years of customer service experience preferred
- Team oriented while being able to maintain a high level of customer service
- Candidates must pass pre-employment screening including drug test, background and driver’s license check
