Responsibilities
- Build relationships and create a top-tier customer experience
- Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features/benefits
- Close deals and maximize gross opportunities
- Follow up with leads (internet, phone, showroom)
- Stay sharp on inventory, incentives, and market trends
- Work as part of a team to dominate the market
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus, not required)
- Great communication and people skills
- Coachable, positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a PLUS
