We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and motivated Part-Time Porter to join our Ford dealership team. This position plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience while supporting daily dealership operations.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, be comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, and possess a strong work ethic. This role primarily requires afternoon availability, with full-day availability on Wednesdays.
ResponsibilitiesDuties include, but are not limited to:
- Pick up and deliver customer and dealership vehicles
- Shuttle customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other destinations
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Assist customers with directions to service and sales departments
- Maintain vehicle inventory organization on dealership property
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer delivery
- Assist with moving vehicles between dealership locations as needed
- Support service and sales departments with various operational tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized dealership lot
- Follow all safety and traffic regulations when operating vehicles
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred, but not required
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
