The position involves following activities that include but are not limited to:
- Investigates customer claims of product overages, shortages, damaged product, and price discrepancies
- Creates replacement orders for Order Entry processing
- Tabulates credit memos in the event of shortages or pricing adjustments
- Uses electronic tools and monitoring devices to check inventory, research orders, and invoices, check shipments, etc.
- Communicates with department heads on delivery schedules and shipments
