Dealership Lot Attendant

Job Overview
Are you looking for a fun work environment and flexible schedule? Ford Lincoln of Cookeville is currently seeking a Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the dealership lot, ensuring a positive experience for all customers, making the sales process smoother, and ensuring the inventory is arranged in a pleasing way.

Duties
- Park and arrange vehicles on the lot in an orderly manner
- Keep the lot clean and free of debris
- Perform regular lot and inventory checks to ensure all vehicles are secure
- Support the sales team by moving vehicles as needed
- Assist with vehicle delivery preparations

Skills
- Strong hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Prior experience in dealership environment is advantageous

Requirements
- Ability to drive and park vehicles safely, including manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a background check
