This role supports Producers with complex or high-value accounts and plays a strategic part in retention and account growth. The Account Executive will also be an enthusiastic leader in the Personal Lines Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients
- Manage renewals, coverage reviews, and claims advocacy with precision and professionalism
- Proactively identify opportunities to round accounts by adding lines of coverage, increasing limits, or improving coverage quality
- Handle inbound leads and call-ins, converting service opportunities into new business when appropriate
- Partner with Producers on strategy, retention, and complex client renewals
- Lead and mentor Account Managers to develop their technical and client service skills
- Maintain high retention and satisfaction across assigned book of business
- Ensure documentation and workflows are completed accurately and efficiently
- Relationships & Collaboration
- Collaborates with Producers to co-manage top client relationships
- Delegates administrative and routine tasks to Processors
- Acts as escalation point for complex service needs

- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or account management required, people management experience preferred
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D required, higher education experience preferred
- Certifications/Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty License or out of state equivalent required
- Physical Requirements: This position primarily involves sedentary work performed in an office environment. The employee must be able to remain in a seated position for extended periods while using a computer and telephone. Frequent use of hands and fingers is required for typing, data entry, and handling documents. The employee must be able to communicate clearly in person or over the phone, and maintain professional interactions in various environments. Rare travel within the community is required to meet with clients or conduct in-person meetings. The role may occasionally require standing, walking short distances, and lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds (such as files or office supplies). Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
