Core Requirements
- Previous leadership or team lead experience
- Expertise in hand and power tools (drills, impact drivers, wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, saws)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and work closely with sales and warehouse teams to effectively stage, prepare, and prioritize equipment for on time delivery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot assembly and delivery challenges
- Ability to read and interpret assembly guides, diagrams, and written instructions
- Valid Class E Driver’s License
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy products up to 100 lbs. alone and over 150 lbs. with team assistance and proper equipment
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast paced environment
- Experience driving a 26’ box truck with air brakes preferred
- Lead and assist a small team in assembling commercial kitchen equipment using hand and power tools
- Ability to interpret and follow written assembly work instructions and guides
- Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to stage and prep equipment for delivery
- Drive a 26’ box truck for deliveries as needed
- Assist with large or multitruck deliveries requiring additional personnel
- Maintain accurate delivery schedules and documentation
- Promote a safe work environment and proper tool usage
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly, installation, or related mechanical work
- Leadership or team lead experience: Minimum 1 year
- Delivery driving experience preferred
- Air brake experience preferred
