In this position...

• The Process & Tools Specialist ensures LEPMO-wide standardization of processes, templates, and governance artifacts, and oversees the knowledge hub and training.
• This role enables consistent quality across intake, discovery, and implementation by maintaining the tools, templates, and guidance that support Lean-Agile portfolio management.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve LEPMO standard processes, stage-gate checklists, templates (Lean Business Case, One-Pager, PRD), and governance artifacts.
• Own the enterprise "Self-Service" portal (SharePoint), providing the organization with a central repository for methodology guides, templates, and best practices.
• Align tooling across the portfolio (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI) to deliver a single source of truth and consistent data capture.
• Deliver training and coaching to LEPMO and project teams on process standards, templates, and governance cadences.
• Collaborate with LACE, Transformation Office, Product Operations, and IT to standardize tooling and enable agile practices.
• Support continuous improvement through feedback loops, retrospectives, and documentation updates.
• Produce and maintain process documentation for auditability and knowledge transfer.
• Other special projects as assigned by management.
  
  
  

Qualifications

You'll have...

• Bachelor’s degree of Science or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• 7–12 years of PMO/process improvement experience in large organizations; Lean-Agile experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Power BI; ability to design simple, scalable templates.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to train diverse teams

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680-212,760.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
