Responsibilities
Office Admin
- manage agency daily operations and admin procedures
- develop and implement workflow and filing procedures
- schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Provide needed support for sales staff
- Provide training services when needed
Client Retention
- Provide an Exceptional Client Eperience. handle requests promptly and professionally.
- Confirm client Household notes and preform recommended touchpoints
Sales and Business Development
- Assist in prospecting activities
- handle new client onboarding strategy
- support and organize marketing campaigns and events
- Identify ways to improve agency efficiency
Requirements
- Positive attitude and client focused personality.
- Strong leadership and organization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other similar software
- Insurance experience preferred but not required
- Willing to get Property Casualty license
- Must be able to listen and adapt when needed, work well with a team or alone, take accountability in actions.
Salary : $14 - $20
