- Ford is seeking an Experienced Project Manager who will lead and oversee projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring each job is completed safely, within specifications, on budget, and to the full satisfaction of our customers. In this pivotal role, youll drive project execution while championing Fords safety programsfocusing on both vehicle and job site safety. - Lead Projects End-to-End: Oversee project planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout, ensuring that all phases meet quality and safety standards.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce Fords safety programs, with an emphasis on vehicle and job site safety, and maintain awareness of OSHA protocols.
- Manage Budgets and Timelines: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget by effectively managing resources and identifying potential challenges early.
- Communicate Effectively: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, team members, and stakeholders; provide clear, timely updates through both oral and written communication.
- Utilize Technology: Leverage scheduling software and essential office tools (Outlook, Excel) to track project progress and address issues promptly.
Skilled Leader: You have proven supervisory and management experience, and are adept at guiding teams through complex projects.

Safety-Conscious: You are familiar with safety and OSHA certification protocols and can instill a strong safety culture on every job site.
Technologically Proficient: You bring proficiency in essential software tools and scheduling applications, with a background in construction, engineering, leadership, or management. Certifications such as PMP and/or CTS are a plus, as is prior experience in AV installation and commercial construction.
