What You’ll Do
- Install and configure AV systems (LED walls, touch panels, speakers, mixing consoles)
- Pull and terminate cables (XLR, RJ45, TRS, BNC, F-CONN)
- Assemble and wire racks and patch bays
- Follow site safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a construction environment
- Comfortable using hand/power tools, soldering, and crimping
- Experience in AV, low-voltage, stagehand, or electrical work preferred
- OSHA 10 certification is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

The employee must have the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, climb ladders up to 20 feet tall, and work in extreme weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures. They may also be required to work in dusty or unclean environments, confined spaces, and on uneven surfaces. Safety is paramount, necessitating effective communication with colleagues and constant alertness to surroundings. The employee will be frequently required to stand, walk, reach, climb, and perform tasks that involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Additionally, the job may require long hours, night shifts, weekend work, and holiday commitments, including extensive travel for weeks at a time. The employee must be able to apply established protocols in a timely manner to meet deadlines and effectively communicate to successfully perform all required responsibilities.
