The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an experienced Operations professional to join a well-established finance firm based in Bethesda. This role will report to the Managing Director of Operations and bridge the efforts between strategic goals and the execution of plans. This is an exciting role for an Operations professional with previous experience in finance or investment industries, who is looking to join a forward thinking and cohesive team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Launch strategic initiatives across departments in collaboration with senior leadership all the way through execution
- Evaluate existing workflows and drive operational change management
- Collaborate closely with portfolio management and investment teams
- Fully support the MD of Operations & Technology and bridge the gap between technology capabilities and operational workflows
Candidate Requirements:
- 10 years of experience working in an assets management or investment management firm
- Strong background in Operations, Portfolio Operations, Business Operations, Strategic Initiatives, Enterprise PMO or similar functions
- Proven operational leadership and project execution skills
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills
- Well-versed in influencing without positional authority
Compensation:
- $150,000-$170,000 base annually
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
