As a Safety Coordinator, you will be a key player in ensuring compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards across all active construction sites. You'll work closely with the Safety Director, field personnel, project managers, and leadership to promote a proactive and consistent safety-first culture.

Responsabilities:
- Conduct regular job site inspections and provide hands-on safety training
- Help to educate team members on proper procedures, equipment usage and emergency protocols
- Lead and document safety audits with detailed reporting
- Respond to job site incidents, create reports, and recommend corrective action plans
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure OSHA compliance across all trades
- Facilitate and participate in Safety Committee meetings and help resolve concerns
- Stay up to date on industry safety trends and attend safety trainings and seminars
- Represent Forcine in client safety meetings and contribute to a culture of professionalism and accountability
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in construction safety (concrete experience preferred)
- Deep knowledge of OSHA standards and construction site safety regulations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with field teams
- High attention to detail and confidence in problem-solving under pressure
- Comfortable leading safety trainings and ensuring standards are understood and enforced
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites regularly
- Proficiency with electronic documentation, job site photo reporting, and safety tracking
