Quality Inspector - 1st Shift Heavy Lifter

Quality Inspector / Warehouse Support

ForceOne Solutions is looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to join our team!

This position will primarily support operations inside our warehouse, where customer parts are received, inspected, cleaned or reworked as needed, certified, packaged, and prepared for shipment.

The ForceOne Bay will be your primary/home work location. However, flexibility is important. From time to time, you may also be asked to assist with quality inspection, sorting, rework, or containment projects at customer facilities in the surrounding area.

This position requires the ability to perform physical work and heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and assist with incoming customer shipments
• Unbox and remove parts from incoming containers and packaging
• Visually inspect parts for defects, damage, contamination, or other quality concerns
• Clean, sort, inspect, or rework parts according to customer requirements and work instructions
• Separate accepted and rejected material appropriately
• Place certified parts into customer-required cages, containers, or packaging
• Apply required certified labels and identification to completed material
• Prepare completed parts and containers for outgoing shipments
• Maintain accurate inspection, production, and shipment documentation
• Keep the ForceOne Bay clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing material as needed
• Follow all ForceOne and customer safety and quality procedures
• Assist with off-site quality inspection, sorting, containment, or rework projects when needed
• Perform other warehouse or quality-related duties as assigned

This position does not require forklift operation.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, warehouse, manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on environment preferred
• Ability to identify defects and follow written or verbal inspection criteria
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while also working well as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Comfortable performing repetitive and physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when required
• Willingness to work on different types of parts and projects
• Ability to maintain an organized and clean work area
• Flexibility to assist at nearby customer locations when projects require additional support
• Experience using hand tools, measurement tools, calipers, gauges, or reading basic work instructions is a plus

We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, and willing to work. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work and does not mind their responsibilities changing depending on the parts, shipments, or projects coming through the facility.

Your primary responsibility will be supporting the ForceOne Bay, but we are also looking for someone who can step in and help our team when additional quality projects come up in the area.
