Account Sales Representative
Location: Tampa, FL (Field-Based)
Join a fast-growing cannabis beverage company that's redefining the infused beverage space. This is a hands-on, field-based sales opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, growing retail accounts, and helping scale an emerging brand in a high-growth category.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing retail accounts throughout the Tampa market
- Call on liquor stores to secure weekly orders and drive consistent sales
- Build strong relationships with store owners and retail decision-makers
- Coordinate deliveries between retail partners and the local warehouse
- Execute 1β2 in-store sampling events each week to drive consumer trial and awareness
- Identify opportunities to increase distribution, improve merchandising, and grow account volume
- Track territory activity, account performance, and sales results
- Partner closely with sales leadership to execute territory growth strategies
Qualifications
- Sales experience within alcohol, cannabis, hemp, beverage, or other regulated consumer products
- Experience working within the three-tier distribution system strongly preferred
- Proven success managing retail accounts, preferably independent liquor stores or beverage retailers
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable representing the brand at sampling events and customer meetings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
