This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of new cream liqueurs and emulsified alcoholic beverages taking projects from ideation through scale-up to full production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale new emulsified alcoholic beverages and nutritional beverages from formulation to production
- Translate R&D insights into scalable factory processes
- Solve problems with data, science, and root cause analysis
- Present technical updates clearly to customers and teams
- Support factory trials and customer meetings occasionally traveling within the U.S. and Canada
Requirements:
- Food Science degree Bachelor's or Master's
- 5–15 years in product development beverages preferred
- Analytical detail-driven and curious
- Strong communicator who loves working cross-functionally
- Comfortable tasting alcoholic beverages 21
