Our client is a rapidly growing branded food company seeking a Chief of Staff / Business Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team.
This highly visible role will help drive company-wide initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and support growth across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and enjoys turning strategy into execution.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Business Operations
- Partner with executive leadership to drive key business initiatives and company priorities
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear ownership and accountability
- Lead cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to support decision-making
- Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions that support growth
- Business Analysis & Execution
- Support annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance reviews
- Develop executive presentations, reporting, and business recommendations
- Analyze sales, operational, and financial performance to identify opportunities and risks
- Facilitate leadership meetings and ensure follow-through on critical initiatives
- Support commercialization, customer growth initiatives, and strategic partnerships as needed
- Organizational Effectiveness
- Improve communication, alignment, and accountability across teams
- Help establish processes, reporting structures, and operating rhythms that enhance execution
- Partner with leadership to support organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, general management, or related leadership roles
- Experience within consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, manufacturing, or high-growth consumer brands preferred
- Strong analytical, financial, and project management capabilities
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
