About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Brand & Product Manager to lead brand growth, innovation, and product development initiatives across a portfolio of food brands.
This individual will be responsible for developing consumer-focused strategies, driving commercialization efforts, and partnering cross-functionally to bring innovative products to market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand plans and growth strategies
- Lead product innovation and commercialization initiatives
- Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing and product strategies
- Manage new product launches from concept through execution
- Support packaging, positioning, pricing, and portfolio management decisions
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and R&D teams to drive successful execution
- Manage agency and vendor relationships
- Track brand performance and recommend optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5 years of CPG brand management, product marketing, or innovation experience
- Food, beverage, seasoning, condiment, or packaged goods experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing product launches and commercialization initiatives
- Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
