ForceAI Security is looking for a VP, Executive Security Sales to lead enterprise sales and executive customer engagement across AI security, AI governance, agent monitoring, MCP monitoring, and security control platforms.
This role is responsible for building strategic relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CAIOs, risk leaders, compliance leaders, and security executives. The VP will drive enterprise pipeline, lead high-value sales opportunities, support POCs, and help shape ForceAI Security’s go-to-market strategy as the company grows.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who understands cybersecurity sales, enterprise buying cycles, and how to translate technical security risk into business value.
The VP, Executive Security Sales will be a key member of the ForceAI Security leadership team. This role will work closely with the CEO, product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to bring customer feedback into the business and help define repeatable enterprise sales motions.
This position will help ForceAI Security build trusted executive relationships, close early strategic customers, and establish the company as a leader in AI security and governance.
Success in this role means building a strong executive-level sales pipeline, converting strategic accounts into customers, and helping ForceAI Security scale its enterprise sales motion.

- Building qualified pipeline with enterprise security and risk buyers.
- Closing lighthouse customers and strategic POCs.
- Creating repeatable sales messaging and account strategies.
- Establishing trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CAIOs, and security leaders.
- Helping position ForceAI Security as a leading AI security and governance platform.
- Providing market feedback that improves product, pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy.
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies for ForceAI Security’s AI security and governance platform.
- Build relationships with executive buyers, including CISOs, CIOs, CAIOs, CTOs, risk leaders, compliance leaders, and security operations leaders.
- Identify, qualify, and manage new business opportunities from initial outreach through contract close.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer pain points around AI adoption, shadow AI, agent security, MCP monitoring, data leakage, compliance, and governance.
- Translate technical platform capabilities into clear business, risk, compliance, and operational value.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, including demos, security reviews, pilots, POCs, procurement, negotiation, and legal coordination.
- Partner with founders and product teams to refine positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and customer use cases.
- Build account plans for target industries such as financial services, healthcare, technology, SaaS, government, insurance, and other regulated sectors.
- Represent ForceAI Security in executive meetings, industry events, webinars, customer briefings, and partner conversations.
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, thought leadership, events, and demand-generation activities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and account activity in CRM systems.
- Provide customer and market insights to support product roadmap and company strategy.
- Help develop future sales playbooks, partner motions, and revenue processes as the company scales.
- 8 years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, AI security, GRC, data security, identity, SaaS security, or related technology markets.
- Proven experience selling to C-level and senior executive buyers.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity challenges, security operations, compliance, governance, risk management, and cloud environments.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles, including POCs, security reviews, procurement, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear, business-focused way.
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline, manage strategic accounts, and close enterprise deals.
- Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment with evolving processes and priorities.
- Self-directed, accountable, collaborative, and comfortable building new sales motions from the ground up.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, leadership, and customer teams.
- Experience selling AI security, GenAI governance, LLM security, agentic AI, MCP, AppSec, CNAPP, SIEM, SOAR, DLP, IAM, GRC, exposure management, or cloud security solutions.
- Existing network of CISOs, security executives, advisors, channel partners, MSSPs, or enterprise technology leaders.
- Experience working at a cybersecurity startup or high-growth enterprise technology company.
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, government, and enterprise SaaS.
- Experience building partner or channel-led sales motions.
