Your Role: What You’ll Do
- Canvass neighborhoods 2–3 hours per day, 5 days a week, and network with insurance agents and realtors
- Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding (full training provided)
- Deliver product demos and clear, compelling presentations to homeowners
- Manage the full sales cycle: estimate → close → post-sale follow-up
- Grow your pipeline through disciplined CRM use, social media, and local outreach
- Build trust through professionalism, consistency, and reliable follow-through
Minimum Requirements
- 1 years of sales or customer service experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable record
- Comfortable with heights and working outdoors
- Must live in Middle Tennessee
- Confident with outbound prospecting and commission-only pay
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Compensation & Schedule
- Earnings: $65K-$100K per year (draw commission depending on experience)
- Benefits: Paid training, Medical/dental/vision insurance, Company vehicle, Gas card, 401(k) with match
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with flexible hours and occasional weekends
