Force Roofing is a veteran-owned residential roofing company based in Scotia, NY, and one of the top-rated roofers in the Capital Region. We're growing fast, and we need someone who takes ownership of our production process so our crews stay busy and our customers stay thrilled.
The Role
You own every job from the moment a contract is signed through completed installation and warranty. You keep jobs moving, crews supplied, and homeowners informed, so nothing falls through the cracks and the owner isn't pulled in to fix avoidable problems.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and coordinate roof installs across multiple crews
- Build accurate material orders from EagleView reports and signed contracts
- Order and stage materials so crews are never waiting
- Be the main point of contact for homeowners from signed contract through completion
- Rove active jobsites, enforce safety, quality, and our zero-nail cleanup standard
- Run final walkthroughs and document every job with photos
- Handle warranty and service calls
- Keep every job updated in our CRM
What We're Looking For
- A self-starter who sees what needs doing and does it without being asked
- Relentlessly organized, reliable, and punctual, early starts are the job
- Strong communicator who keeps homeowners and the owner in the loop
- Construction, roofing, or trades background strongly preferred
- Comfortable with job-management software and smartphones
- Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
- Willing to get on your hands and knees to leave every jobsite spotless
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
