Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Midland, TX, for a Rig Up Technician / Torque and Test role. In this position, you will be responsible for performing rig-up operations, conducting torque and testing services, maintaining and calibrating equipment, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with the team to execute high-quality services that meet client and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on technical skills, and using Test Equipment
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical problems and maintaince of tools and equipment
- Effective Communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions
- Ability to work in an on-site industrial environment and adhere to safety standards
- Prior experience in oilfield services, rig-up operations, or pressure control systems is a plus, but not required as long as you are willing to learn
- Completion of relevant technical certifications or vocational training is preferred
- Flexibility to work in dynamic environments and adapt to changing conditions
- Willing to travel to different states in the US
