Force Logistics is a growing third-party logistics and fulfillment company serving eCommerce, marketplace, and wholesale businesses across the United States.

We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily order picking, scanning, packing, and order verification.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate will accurately pick products, scan SKUs and shipping labels, review completed orders, and prepare packages for outbound shipment.

This is an active, repetitive warehouse position that requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to remain on your feet for most of the shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick products according to customer orders
  • Scan SKUs, products, and shipping labels using a handheld PDA or scanner
  • Verify product, quantity, and label accuracy before shipment
  • Pack orders securely according to warehouse procedures
  • Report missing, damaged, incorrect, or mislabeled items
  • Assist with labeling, repacking, inventory counting, and returns
  • Organize completed packages for USPS, UPS, or FedEx pickup
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow warehouse SOPs and daily priorities

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM

The warehouse is generally closed on weekends and major holidays.

Compensation

  • Starting pay of $18.00 per hour
  • Hourly, non-exempt position
  • Annual compensation review based on attendance, accuracy, productivity, performance, and business conditions
  • Opportunities to learn additional warehouse functions and take on more responsibility

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

  • Stand and walk for most of the shift
  • Bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive picking and packing tasks
  • Regularly handle products and cartons weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Occasionally lift or move cartons weighing up to 40–50 pounds, with assistance when appropriate
  • Use a handheld scanner or mobile device throughout the workday

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Comfortable performing repetitive work accurately
  • Comfortable using scanners, smartphones, or warehouse systems
  • Able to work independently after training
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking, packing, or scanning experience is preferred but not required

Training will be provided to the right candidate.
