YOUR LIFE AS A HVAC MARKETING AND BRAND MANAGER
As our HVAC Marketing and Brand Manager, you spearhead all aspects and channels of our company's branding and marketing efforts. In this role, you work closely with external vendors to plan and execute campaigns across a variety of platforms, including direct mail, social media, radio, targeted ads, and more. As a strategic thinker, you define our target customers and identify the best ways to reach them. Then, you track the success of every campaign and make adjustments to increase their efficacy.
Collaborating with our internal teams, you help craft the message that our customer service reps and field teams deliver to customers, ensuring that our brand is consistently represented across all touchpoints. You also prepare reports for our management team so that they remain up to date on the status of our branding and marketing activities. Your passion for taking ownership of our brand and expanding our thriving customer base will be key to your success in this role!
