Girls Competitive Coach (U13–U14)

Force FC is hiring a driven, player-centered coach to lead teams in our Girls Developmental Zone (U13–U14).
We’re a fast-growing, values-based club building a clear pathway from youth development to pre-professional platforms.
We’re looking for someone who:
~Thrives in a competitive, growth-focused environment
~Can develop players technically and tactically at key transition ages
~Communicates clearly with players and families
~Aligns with high standards, accountability, and long-term development
Ideal Background:
~Competitive coaching experience (club level preferred)
~USSF license (D or higher preferred)
~Passion for developing confident, intelligent players
