Duties
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial settings
- Support the team in completing small electrical jobs efficiently and accurately
- Work collaboratively with helpers to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all work activities
- Learn to interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical instructions under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly handled and stored
- Participate in training sessions to expand electrical knowledge and skills
Skills
- Prior commercial electrical experience is required
- Ability to work well with a helper and follow instructions effectively
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
