Project Specialist – Hospitality Systems Implementation (PMS/CRS)
📍 Preferred: United States (Remote)
We're partnering with a global hospitality organization to hire a Project Specialist to support the implementation of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS) across an international portfolio of hotels.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in hotel operations and hospitality technology who enjoys managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping hotels successfully transition to new systems.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate PMS and CRS implementation projects from planning through deployment
- Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and implementation schedules
- Partner with hotel leadership, corporate teams, and vendors to ensure successful deployments
- Gather, validate, and prepare hotel configuration data
- Support Opera Cloud and CRS system builds and implementations
- Assist with data migration and system validation activities
- Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and help resolve implementation issues
- Support user adoption through communication, training, and change management
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and share best practices across projects
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of hotel operations experience
- Hands-on experience with Opera Cloud, CRS, and hotel Sales & Revenue platforms
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple hotels, brands, or regions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- English and Spanish fluency (written and spoken)
- Experience supporting hospitality technology implementations
- Change management or system deployment experience
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new hospitality platforms
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a major hotel management company.
