Forbes Bros Timberline Construction Inc. (FB Timberline) is seeking an experienced Project Administrator (full time, permanent) to support the operations team at our transmission line construction project near Aiken, SC.
The Project Administrator (full time, permanent) reporting to the Project Analyst, is responsible for working daily on the project site with the Project Leadership and Construction Management teams. This will involve employee onboarding, monitoring daily employee time entry, tracking project specific reporting, organizing and purchasing office supplies, and participating in weekly team meetings. This is an entry level position with potential to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
- Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals
- Create and update workflows
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Order resources, like equipment and software
- Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
- Track expenses and predict future costs
- Ensure Client reports are accurate and complete
- Ensure Company dashboard information is accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues
- Act as the point of contact for all participants
What We Are Looking For:
- 1 to 3 years of construction administration experience
- Construction Management certification considered an asset.
- English proficiency with the ability to read and comprehend work plans / site plans
- Task-orientated with strong attention to details and follow through
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
- Strong ethics, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Able to build strong relationships with employees and clients
- Valid Driver's licenses and acceptable divers abstract is required, as this position requires driving and site visits
- Requires regular travel to various project sites and office locations
