Role Description
The Executive Compliance & Operations Director will serve as a senior leadership role responsible for managing regulatory compliance, optimizing internal operational processes, and working directly with insurance carriers and regulatory bodies. This individual will play a key role in strengthening the agency’s compliance framework while ensuring scalable operational growth.
This position works closely with executive leadership and department heads to maintain regulatory adherence, improve operational efficiency, and support carrier partnerships.
Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably Medicare Advantage
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, Medicare marketing guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Experience working with Medicare Advantage carriers or agencies
• Proven leadership experience managing compliance or operational teams
• Strong analytical, operational, and organizational skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
