About The Role
We’re seeking a strategic, commercially minded operator to own the business growth and operational success of our top advisors (Pro and Fora X). As the Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will be directly accountable for driving measurable increases in revenue per advisor, adoption of high-impact products, and retention rates.
This role is part strategist, part business owner, part community builder. You’ll design and execute the end-to-end advisor experience from onboarding through long-term engagement. You’ll ensure every touchpoint delivers both exceptional value to members and tangible business results.
Reporting to the Head of Advisor Experience, you’ll partner closely with Training & Development, Community, Events, Travel Partners, Product Operations, Product, and Data & Analytics to run a high-performance, high-ROI advisor segment. You’ll also set and own commercial targets, review performance against them, and iterate relentlessly.

About The Role
We’re seeking a strategic, commercially minded operator to own the business growth and operational success of our top advisors (Pro and Fora X). As the Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will be directly accountable for driving measurable increases in revenue per advisor, adoption of high-impact products, and retention rates.

Key Responsibilities
Set & Own Commercial Targets
- Own annual and quarterly qualitative and quantitative targets including revenue per advisor, adoption of priority features, and retention and renewal rates.
- Create strategies and programs explicitly designed to hit these targets, adjusting in real time based on performance data.
- Develop and refine the strategic roadmap for top advisors, ensuring alignment with larger business objectives.
- Lead onboarding, welcome, and community integration experiences — optimizing for activation speed, early adoption, and fast revenue contribution.
- Pilot, measure, and scale initiatives that increase advisor capability, deepen product engagement, and deliver positive ROI.
- Partner with Events and Training to design top-advisor-specific experiences that increase loyalty and business impact.
- Integrate Pro and Fora X Chapter experiences to foster local community ties that drive retention and partner revenue.
- Build and maintain the top advisor KPI dashboard and targets, tracking revenue per advisor growth rate, adoption rates for key products and offers, and retention and satisfaction metrics (NPS, belonging scores, churn).
- Use segmentation and leading indicators to identify opportunities, then design targeted interventions to lift results.
- Run quarterly business reviews for the segment, making clear recommendations for program evolution, product enhancements, and operational improvements.
- 6–9 years of experience, with 1–2 years in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or a structured GM/rotational program (Amazon, Uber, DoorDash, etc.) preferred.
- Proven ability to own and exceed business targets in a customer, member, or advisor-focused organization.
- Strong commercial acumen and track record connecting engagement strategies directly to revenue, retention, and adoption metrics.
- Advanced analytical skills, comfortable with BI tools, dashboards, and translating data into decisions.
- Experience in strategic journey mapping, segmentation, and program design.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills; proven ability to align cross-functional teams toward common commercial goals.
- Startup or high-growth experience, ideally in a member-based or marketplace model
- MBA or other advanced degree
