About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of products that power our rapidly growing advisor and traveler booking platforms, specifically to build our first integrated offerings beyond hotel for cruise, flights, group travel, tours, activities, and insurance. You’ll take ownership of building the products that unlock scale, drive revenue, and elevate the experience for both our travel advisors and their clients.
As the dedicated product lead for these categories, you’ll join our rapidly growing Booking Platform Pod, reporting to the VP of Product and work with dedicated product, engineering, design and data colleagues to to understand pain points, shape product strategy, and deliver iterative solutions that create meaningful business impact. You’ll also collaborate with key stakeholders and company leadership, across the executive team, supplier partners teams, international teams, and specialty desks / travel operations teams.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at Fora HQ in lower Manhattan ideal for someone who thrives in 0→1 environments, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and finds energy in turning complex challenges into seamless, scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $140K–$180K equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy to build booking technology, integrations and product for non-hotel categories (cruise, group travel, flights, DMCs).
- Conduct deep user and stakeholder interviews to uncover operational challenges and business opportunities.
- Work closely with the VP of Product, Specialty Desk Leads,Travel Partners, and engineering/design partners to prioritize, build, and launch solutions.
- Develop internal tooling and workflows that increase efficiency, reduce manual operations, and improve advisor/client experience.
- Leverage data to evaluate success, inform decisions, and iterate rapidly.
- Ensure close alignment with business growth goals by delivering scalable, revenue-driving products.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, operations, engineering, and leadership teams.
- 5 years of product management experience
- Experience in travel, hospitality, and/or ecommerce
- Proven experience taking 0→1 products from concept to launch.
- Strong product intuition and user empathy, with a focus on solving real-world problems.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly analytical and metrics-driven; comfortable using data to inform prioritization.
- Detail-oriented, decisive, and entrepreneurial.
- Based in New York City or willing to relocate.
