What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Client Leads Program position at Fora Travel?
About The Role
We’re looking for a multitalented professional who is equal parts travel advisor, sales development rep, data analyst, and advisor coach. Reporting to Fora’s Client Development Lead, you will take over the day-to-day management of Fora’s best-in-class Client Leads Program (CLP), which grew nearly 10x in 2024 and is poised for continued step growth in 2025 and beyond. Through your daily interaction with Fora’s highest-certified advisors, you will also work cross functionally with HQ’s Advisor Experience, Travel Operations, Business & International Operations, and other teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily administration of complete CLP sales funnel, from raw inquiries to closed-won.
- Manage CLP data including Omni dashboard, workbooks, and queries, for timely and accurate CLP data tracking and reporting.
- Analyze CLP data trends over time and create new data insights.
- Identify and cultivate in-house prospects and coordinate hand-off to HQ bookings team
- Manage CLP offshore staff and grow the team as needed.
- Facilitate biweekly “Coaching to Close” and “CLP Onboarding” live training sessions.
- Regular 1:1 micro-coaching sessions with CLP participant advisors.
Requirements
- 2-4 years professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication with customers or clients
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify key themes, and generate actionable insights
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
Strongly Preferred
- Professional sales experience
- Familiarity with Fora’s advisor community
- 2 years experience as a travel advisor (or related hospitality sales)
- Facility with Omni, Intercom, Slack, Pipedrive, etc.
Compensation
Annual Salary: $70-$80k equity. Other benefits include:

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
