Role Description
This is a gig based Talent Coordinator role located on event sites in Jacksonville, FL with anywhere from 1 to 10 gigs a month. Most gigs last anywhere from 2-hours to 5-hours. The Talent Coordinator will oversee on-site talent/entertainment processes such as:
- First to arrive on event site and coordinate with client and talent.
- Prepare and/or manage entertainment locations at event.
- Oversee talent/entertainment production.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of different talent management, performing arts, and entertainment processes such as for: music, dance, circus, aerial, fire, and more, is preferred. Company will provide knowledgeable processes for Talent Coordinator where lacking.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with talent and clients and maintain efficient workflow.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Compensation
$100 minimum to $300 flat pay for 2 to 5 hours of on-site event job.
