We are seeking part-time and management-level Footwear Specialists to join our team! As a leading retailer in the footwear industry, we're looking for individuals who are passionate about helping customers find the perfect shoes that offer both style and comfort.
As a Footwear Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and offering expert advice on the latest shoe styles.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Build relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
- Stay up to date on the latest shoe trends and styles, and offer expert advice and recommendations to customers
- Ensure that customers are properly fitted for shoes that provide both style and comfort
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience
- Assist with visual merchandising, buying, and inventory management as needed
Requirements:
- Passion for shoes that offer both style and comfort
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends as required
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, marketing, or fashion is a plus
