Traveling Merchandiser (Part-Time)

What You'll Do
As a Merchandiser, you will independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
Responsibilities may include:
- Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Updating planograms and product displays
- Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
- Assisting with store refreshes and resets
- Applying security tags and labels
- Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
- Building professional relationships with store associates and management
- Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores

Where will you work?
- This position is a hybrid position working both locally and traveling up to 50% of the time and approximately 250 hundred miles from your home.
Travel
- Occasional overnight travel may be required
- All overnight travel is scheduled in advance and arranged by Footprint Solutions
- Must have access to reliable transportation in order to service customer locations
- Consent to pre-employment, post offer Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Satisfactorily demonstrate safe driving record and current and valid drivers license
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
- Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
- Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
- Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
- Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
- Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement.
- Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
