Job Title: Install Coordinator / full time, hourly-non-exempt

What will you do?
Reporting to Management, this position exists to perform a variety of functions to provide service and support to footprint Solutions’ customers, installation depots, and merchandisers. The Installation Coordinator position is key to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. An ideal candidate would be capable of problem solving and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment and has experience in a high volume outbound and inbound call workplace.
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES- none in this role.

Requirements
· Ensure scheduled call times are set and met with the contractors daily.
· Work with the Regional Operation Managers and the Contractors to resolve internal escalations within the Customer and Footprint specific time frames.
· Manage the activities of contractors in terms of receipt of materials, Installation scheduling dates and project completion dates to avoid any future escalations of pass due orders. Other information may need to be retrieved from the contractor depending on the level of the project.
· Work with Project Teams to ensure high level of customer satisfaction for installation projects.
· Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate in a professional and confidential manner with contractors, Regional Operations Managers, customers, and other footprint personnel.
· Excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
· Excellent telephone, email, and customer service skills.
· Ability to retain information on a wide variety of topics in relation to installation projects.
· The ability to work both independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
· The level of knowledge normally acquired through the completion of four years of college, or equivalent; preferably in the area of retail management, logistics, or call center.
· Knowledge of personal computers to include: Microsoft Word, Excel and/or other similar software.
