We are seeking a FULLY REMOTE Acquisition Data Reporting Specialist . In this role, you will bridge the gap between data and executive decision-making by building interactive dashboards, automating procurement workflows, maintaining master tracking databases, and crafting executive-level briefing decks for leadership.
Key Qualifications
- Clearance: Active(or Interim) DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, SharePoint (lists and automated workflows), PowerPoint, and database reporting tools.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience supporting DoD/Government acquisition workflows, tracking contract metrics, and collaborating with CORs.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex dataset trends into concise, executive-ready presentations and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Briefings & Visualizations: Draft, format, and refine high-impact slide decks (PowerPoint) to communicate portfolio health, financial status, and milestone progress to senior leadership.
- Data Dashboards: Design, maintain, and update interactive Power BI dashboards to visually track contract metrics and burn rates.
- Workflow Automation & SharePoint: Configure data-centric SharePoint lists and automated workflows to streamline procurement package routing and tracking.
- Stakeholder & COR Support: Partner with acquisition analysts and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (CORs) to capture reporting requirements, automate manual processes, and develop specialized tracking templates.
- Data Management & Quality Assurance: Extract and aggregate statistical data from master tracking databases, performing QA checks to identify acquisition trends.
- Reporting & Audits: Assemble and format scheduled and ad-hoc tabular, written, and visual reports to fulfill audits, data calls, and leadership inquiries.
This is a SHORT TERM (4-5 months) FULL TIME engagement with the option to extend the contract. The individual must work CORE hours EST and the preference is that the candidate is local to the DMV.
The rate shown is as a 1099 contractor.
