Base: $50,000–$60,000 | Bonuses: $25,000–$85,000 | Top Earners: $135,000
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Foothills Painting is one of Colorado's fastest-growing residential painting companies. When we paint a house, the whole neighborhood notices. Your job is to make sure every paint job turns into 3 more.
You'll work active jobsites — knocking doors, introducing yourself, building real relationships — and convert curious neighbors into booked estimates. You'll put up lawn signs, hand out goodie bags, leave flyers, and capture content from our crew working.
But above all, you're turning the neighbors of our clients into our newest clients.
You'll have a desk and a shaded overhead tent posted up in our client's yard. That's your office when you're taking a break from owning the block. You're a Brand Ambassador — but you're opportunistic, competitive, and hungry to become neighborhood-famous.
YOU'RE THE RIGHT PERSON IF:
- You've done door-to-door, field sales, or canvassing — and you have the conversion numbers to back it up
- You know what it feels like to get told "no" 99 times in a row and knock the next door anyway
- People remember you — neighbors, strangers, the person behind you in line — you're just built that way
- You're obsessed with your own metrics. You know your close rate. You know your daily door count. You keep score.
- This is your craft, not a stepping stone — you're a career D2D professional and proud of it
THIS IS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU IF:
- You've only worked inbound leads
- You need a manager to keep you moving
- You're more comfortable behind a screen than on someone's doorstep
