Our practice offers hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptides, regenerative and aesthetic services, cognitive health evaluations, cancer-prevention strategies, and comprehensive health-promoting protocols. We take a proactive and integrative approach to help patients achieve optimal long-term wellness.
Duties
- Provide high-quality functional and integrative medical care through virtual and in-person visits.
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including hormone assessment, metabolic health evaluation, and overall wellness planning.
- Develop individualized care plans with an emphasis on root-cause analysis, lifestyle optimization, and preventive strategies.
- Manage therapies such as hormone replacement, peptides, weight-loss protocols, regenerative therapies, and appropriate aesthetics services (training provided if needed).
- Review labs, diagnostic tests, and biomarkers; interpret functional lab panels when appropriate.
- Educate and empower patients on long-term wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with clinic staff and participate in optimizing patient flow in a cash-based model.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR system.
Skills
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Idaho (or ability to obtain ID licensure).
- Experience in functional, integrative, metabolic, hormone, or regenerative medicine preferred—but not required if willing and motivated to learn.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and comfort with autonomy in decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach.
- Interest in long-term patient relationships and preventive, proactive healthcare models.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model (telemedicine in-clinic).
